Returns & Exchanges

At Kiriko Made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted Japanese textiles and apparel. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to send the package back to our Portland studio.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
