Based on 180 years of history traditional know-how and wisdom,Ā LinNeĀ is one of the few workshops in Kyoto that specializes in the manufacture of Sahari Orin bells (Shinto and buddhist musical instruments), which are usedĀ in homes, during rituals,Ā and during festivals such as the famous Gion Festival that takes place in Kyoto every summer.

This bell has a very clear and delicate sound, perfect near entrances, fans, or balconies.

Care instructions

  • Do not drop or hit too hard; even very subtle damage will affect the sound
  • Due to the bronze, Orin change their colorĀ as they are used throughout the years
  • Do not use a polisher when cleaning this product, as it is already coated with wax to avoid oxidization
  • Refrain from touching the Orin directly with your hands too much, and wipe with a soft cloth afterwards.
